Technical Support
Telephone Support
Telephone support provides prompt answers to questions regarding the use
of PIMS. Phone support is provided Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm,
Eastern Standard Time.
Online Support
Online support allows users to document issues and their resolution. When users create
tickets in the online support area these tickets are forwarded to a technical support
representative who will follow-up with the user and ensure their issue is resolved.
Eventually a PIMS Knowledgebase of these issues and their resolution will provide
another means of support to our users.
When available users can also chat with a helpful technical support
representative online.
Software Updates
Periodically, updates are provided for the software and documentation.
These updates will include enhancements as well as new features and services.
New features and services come free of charge unless specifically addressed under
your original licensing agreement.
Additional Technical Support
If you need special help setting up PIMS projects or defining project workflows,
we can work with you to upload your data or review specific questions related
to your unique project needs.

Training
Onsite End-user Training
We'll work with you to develop training for your specific needs to maximize
your return on investment in PIMS. Our 'Train the Trainer' approach allows
project administrators and power users to concentrate on PIMS project setup
and item workflows. In addition, we can customize train-the-trainer courses
to focus on your team's exact needs. We can also provide end-users with hands-on
training in their own familiar environment where they will gain critical
experience with all aspects of managing and using PIMS.
Online Internet Training
Internet web-based training allows your users to work one-on-one with
our training personnel right from your own office. Eliminate the hassle
of scheduling conference rooms... users can train at their desks!
